Siim has been working in the utilities sector for more than 12 years driving business changes in meter to cash processes.
This has included several Meter Data Management system implementations, national Data Hub implementation, full smart meter rollout and many business process enhancements.
He has master degree in Electrical Drives and Power Electronics with focus on industry automation.

He really enjoys thinking creatively and proposing solutions that make processes more lean, efficient, achieve customer satisfaction and fulfill business goals.
He has Lean Six Sigma green belt and believes that data driven decisions will lead to greater business value.

Siim has five children, lives on an Estonian island, likes bicycle riding & cross country skiing and is pastoring a small Baptist church.
On a sunny day he takes a ride with his motorbike and might be found from Trans Euro Trail.
