What does your work entail?
As a Service Manager your main responsibility is managing the support of the SaaS service for our international clients.
Your responsibilities are building and maintaining strong customer- and partner relationships with high customer satisfaction. This involves maintaining service level agreements, joining and leading operational meetings with customers, and collaborating with other stakeholders at the client, like project managers, and integration partners. You represent the customers’ interests within the Energyworx organization.
In line with the company growth strategy, you build out the service management group with the right people. The team is able to engage with clients and partners of many nationalities and cultures across time zones.
You’ll report directly to our Chief Solutions and Services Officer (CS2O).
Who are you?
You have excellent communication and people skills, as well as technical abilities. You're able to lead the customer service engineers and are willing to serve customers at all times.
You are located in the Netherlands.
Strong professional, very customer-focused;
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
Good negotiation skills;
Good project management skills (plan, do, check, act);
Experience in leading a team of 5 - 10 customer service engineers;
Strong (SLR etc) reporting and work documentation skills;
Experience in an international enterprise setting (work experience with SaaS software vendor with an international client base);
Experience with SaaS (ERP/CRM/EDM/MDM/Cloud kind of software);
ITIL/ISM experience is nice to have;
Experience with the Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence) is nice to have.
